Salvador
I've already spent a couple of days in Salvador. At my hostel, there is a big group of Brazilians who are on a conference about... you guessed it: algae! When they go to the beach, they like to pick up seaweed and study it thorougly. :-) Strange, but they are all very nice to hang out with. It's been raining a lot, but if the weather is good, I'll go with some of them to the island Itaparica near Salvador tomorrow. We'll see - if not, there is always the local mall...
