(No) Surf
Yesterday, I took a bus to a small surftown about 100 km. from Rio called Saquarema. After seeing the film Endless Summer (and hearing my surfer friend Thomas talk about surfing) I just had to try it myself. So today I had a two hour surf lesson - which was a complete failure. I learned how to paddle, but I didn't stand up on the board for more than a split second (except when practising the moves on the beach). It was good excersise, though. I'm going to give it another go tomorrow, and maybe you'll see a happy brag-post after that. ;-)
